Business: Agricultural opportunities from MSME Fest 2016

This year's edition of the MSME Fest has come and gone but the opportunities from the program are listed:

1.  Funds for Agricultural Finance in Nigeria (FAFIN)

FAFIN is a Private Equity Fund targeted towards Agricultural and supported by Nigerian Sovereign Investment Fund  (NSIA), German Development Bank (KSW) and the Nigerian Government. The Fund is managed by Sahel Capital and does not attract any interest but it is given based on a strong business case. Minimum support given through the fund  is up to 500,000 USD and maximum of up to 5,000,000 USD. 


2. Argentil Capital Partners

Argentil Capital Partners Finances Energy related projects for benefit of businesses interested in the Energy space.
3. Fellowship Connect

Fellowship Connect is designed as an International Human Capital Development programme. Managed by our organization (i.e JID), the programme offers the opportunity of 1 to 3 months Fellowship with top United States Organizations. The goal of the programme is to ensure that while we work locally, we can think globally. 

4. Internship Connect
The Internship Connect programme is designed to help your businesses access talented young graduates. These graduates are trained by JID and our partners and are available to intern at your organization for a period of 6 months, earning a stipend of NGN 30,000 monthly. After the completion of the programme, your organization has the liberty to retain or not to retain the interns based on performance
