1. The first rule in business is not making money but delivering quality service
2. Being consistent and never shortchanging on service or methods of business will always bring back customers.
3. A good word repeated by satisfied clients has more impact than  sponsored marketing . It is the best and cheapest advertising form.
4. Having a process, structure makes for an efficient  organisation . This includes having a code of conduct handbook, organisational chart, vision and mission statement boards, and quality of service text.
5. For a business to run successfully, it needs an army of  committed and loyal staff.  Great teamwork leads to more efficiency.
